The Death of Motherbrain

This was my first serious tablet drawing and took me hours to make. I'm still proud of it, even though it's getting more and more tarnished in my eyes the better I'm getting at drawing.

It's like Shakespeare...

I read Nextwave back when it was still being in print, but I still find myself re-reading it on an annual basis, enjoying the art, over the top humour and insidious accusations to established Marvel Canon :D

Yeah, some people might've noticed (not too many mind you) that I'm sporadically away for long stretches of time. This is because I work nightshifts as a temp, which means (at least here in Sweden) that I'm only getting paid when I do temp-jobs, which in turn means I'll jump on any opportunity to job like a squirrel on a nut.

I'm looking for something more stable, but getting a job's kinda... well, it's not very easy. Nobody wants to hire.

Anyway, this is why I've been gone. I'm still drawing, and I've started up on something I think'll improve my general skills quite a bit, but I'm going to keep it a secret for now. I'm considering uploading what I do, but we'll have to see if I do.
